ေန႔စြဲ - ၂ဝ၁ဝ ခုႏွစ္ စက္တင္ဘာ (၂၅) ရက္
(၁) နအဖ စစ္အုပ္စု၏ ၂ဝဝ၈ ဖြဲ႔စည္းပံု အေျခခံဥပေဒအျပင္ ၎တို႔စိတ္ႀကိဳက္ ဖြဲ႔စည္းထားေသာ ေရြးေကာက္ပဲြ ေကာ္မရွင္အဖြဲ႔ႏွင့္ ယင္းေကာ္မရွင္မွ ထုတ္ျပန္ေသာ ဥပေဒ ျပဌာန္းခ်က္မ်ားသည္ ျမန္မာ ႏိုင္ငံသား တိုင္းရင္းသားျပည္သူမ်ား၏ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ ရည္မွန္းရာ ဒီမိုကေရစီ ဖယ္ဒရယ္ ျပည္ေထာင္စုႏိုင္ငံ အျဖစ္ တည္ေဆာက္ေပးႏိုင္မည့္ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲအတြက္ တရားမွ်တမႈႏွင့္ ဒီမိုကေရစီစံႏႈန္းမ်ား မရွိ သျဖင့္ အမ်ဳိးသားေခါင္းေဆာင္ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ႏွင့္ အမ်ဳိးသားဒီမိုကေရစီအဖြဲ႔ခ်ဳပ္သည္ အဆိုပါ ၂ဝ၁ဝ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲအား သပိတ္ေမွာက္လိုက္ေၾကာင္း ၂ဝ၁ဝ ခုႏွစ္ စက္တင္ဘာလ (၇) ရက္တြင္ ဆံုးျဖတ္ခ်က္ ခ်မွတ္ခဲ့သည္။
(၂) အမ်ဳိးသားဒီမိုကေရစီအဖြဲ႔ခ်ဳပ္နည္းတူ ျပည္သူ႔လႊတ္ေတာ္ ကိုယ္စားျပဳေကာ္မတီ အပါအဝင္ အျခား ႏိုင္ငံေရးပါတီ အဖြဲ႔အစည္းမ်ား၊ တိုင္းရင္းသားကိုယ္စားျပဳ ဒီမိုကေရစီ ပါတီအဖြဲ႔အစည္းမ်ားကလည္း နအဖ စစ္အုပ္စု၏ ၂ဝ၁ဝ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲအား သပိတ္ေမွာက္ေၾကာင္းး ဆံုးျဖတ္ခဲ့ၾကသည္။
(၃) ဂ်ပန္ႏိုင္ငံေရာက္ ျမန္မာတိုင္းရင္းသား လူမ်ဳိးေပါင္းစံုတို႔၏ ဒီမိုကေရစီ အင္အားစုမ်ားကလည္း ၂ဝ၁ဝ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲဆန္႔က်င္ေရးေကာ္မတီ(ဂ်ပန္)ကို ၂ဝ၁ဝ ခုႏွစ္ ၾသဂုတ္လ ၂၉ ရက္၌ တညီတညြတ္တည္း ဖြဲ႔စည္းကာ နအဖ စစ္အုပ္စု၏ ၂ဝ၁ဝ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲအား စစ္အာဏာရွင္စနစ္ သက္ဆိုးရွည္ေစမည့္ အတုအေယာင္ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲအျဖစ္ သတ္မွတ္လ်က္ ယင္းကို ဆန္႔က်င္ကန္႔ကြက္ေၾကာင္း ထုတ္ျပန္ ေၾကညာခဲ့သည္။
(၄) ၂ဝ၁ဝ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲ ဆန္႔က်င္ေရးေကာ္မတီ (ဂ်ပန္) တြင္ ပါဝင္ေသာ အဖြဲ႔အစည္းမ်ား အားလံုးသည္ မိမိအဖြဲ႔အစည္းမ်ား၏ သီးျခားလြတ္လပ္ေသာ ဆံုးျဖတ္ခ်က္မ်ားျဖင့္ လက္မွတ္ေရးထိုးကာ ေကာ္မတီ၌ ပါဝင္ပူးေပါင္း လုပ္ေဆာင္ၾကျခင္းျဖစ္ၿပီး ထိုသုိ႔ျဖစ္ေစရန္ အျခားတဦး-တဖြဲ႔၏ တိုက္တြန္းျခင္းႏွင့္ ၾသဇာ လႊမ္းမိုးျခင္းမ်ား အလ်ဥ္းမရွိပါ။
(၅) ဦးဟန္ေညာင္ေဝႏွင့္ Victor Biak Lian တို႔မွာ နအဖ စစ္အုပ္စု၏ ၂ဝ၁ဝ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲကို ေထာက္ခံ အားေပးသူမ်ား ျဖစ္သျဖင့္ သူတို႔သည္ ၂ဝ၁ဝ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲ ဆန္႔က်င္ေရးေကာ္မတီ (ဂ်ပန္)ႏွင့္ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲ ရပ္တည္ခ်က္ သေဘာထားခ်င္း လံုးဝ ဆန္႔က်င္ ကြဲျပားလ်က္ရွိေနသည္။
(၆)၂ဝ၁ဝ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲ ဆန္႔က်င္ေရးေကာ္မတီ (ဂ်ပန္)မွ တိုင္းရင္းသား ကိုယ္စားလွယ္အခ်ဳိ႕သည္ ဦးဟန္ေညာင္ေဝႏွင့္ Victor Biak Lian တို႔၏ ၁-၉-၂ဝ၁ဝ လွ်ဳိ႕ဝွက္ ဂ်ပန္ခရီးစဥ္အတြင္း အတူတကြ လိုက္ပါသြားခဲ့ၾကေသာ္လည္း နအဖ စစ္အုပ္စု၏ ၂ဝ၁ဝ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲကို ေထာက္ခံ အားေပးသည့္ ဦးဟန္ေညာင္ေဝႏွင့္ Victor Biak Lian တို႔၏ ရပ္တည္ခ်က္ သေဘာထားကို သေဘာတူျခင္း အလ်ဥ္း မရွိပဲ ၂ဝ၁ဝ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲ ဆန္႔က်င္ေရးေကာ္မတီ (ဂ်ပန္)၏ ရပ္တည္ခ်က္အတိုင္းသာ ျပတ္သားစြာ ရပ္တည္ပါေၾကာင္း ၁၉-၉- ၂ဝ၁ဝ ေန႔က က်င္းပေသာ ၂ဝ၁ဝ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲ ဆန္႔က်င္ေရး ေကာ္မတီ (ဂ်ပန္)၏ အစည္းအေဝးတြင္ ရွင္းလင္းတင္ျပခဲ့ၿပီး ျဖစ္သည္။
(၇) သို႔ျဖစ္ရာ ဦးဟန္ေညာင္ေဝႏွင့္ Victor Biak Lian ၏ ၁-၉-၂ဝ၁ဝ လွ်ဳိ႕ဝွက္ ဂ်ပန္ခရီးစဥ္အတြင္း ၂ဝ၁ဝ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲ ဆန္႔က်င္ေရးေကာ္မတီ (ဂ်ပန္) မွ အဖြဲ႔ဝင္တခ်ဳိ႕ျဖစ္ေသာ တိုင္းရင္းသား ကိုယ္စားလွယ္ အခ်ဳိ႕အား အတူလိုက္ပါေစလ်က္ ဂ်ပန္အစိုးရ အသိုင္းအဝိုင္းသို႔ ခ်ဥ္းကပ္လုပ္ေဆာင္သည့္ လုပ္ရပ္ မ်ားအား ကြၽႏု္ပ္တို႔ ၂ဝ၁ဝ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲဆန္႔က်င္ေရးေကာ္မတီ (ဂ်ပန္)မွ လံုးဝ ရွဳတ္ခ် ကန္႔ကြက္ လိုက္သည္။
